        Deze opdracht betreft de afsluiting van een raamovereenkomst voor het leveren van vers fruit, groenten en aardappelen (bewerkt en onbewerkt).

        Het betreft een raamovereenkomst die zal afgesloten worden voor een termijn van 6 maanden(voor perceel 1 en perceel 2 of 1 jaar voor perceel 3, met de mogelijkheid om zevenmaal of driemaal eenzijdig te verlengen met telkens 6 maanden of 1 jaar(conform art. 32 van de wet van 15 juni 2006) met één deelnemer per perceel, alle voorwaarden gekend.

        De inschrijvers toegelaten tot de raamovereenkomst zullen tijdens het verdere verloop van de procedure opnieuw in mededinging worden gesteld via één of meerdere mini-competities per perceel of één mini-competitie per meerdere percelen.

        De vermoedelijke hoeveelheden opgenomen in het lastenboek zijn de hoeveelheden over de volledige duur van de overeenkomst.
