         Stad Leuven wenst tijdelijk kleedkamercontainers te laten plaatsen op de volgende sportsites:

         — Sportcentrum Ymeria voetbal: Pastoor Bellonstraat 29 te 3018 Wijgmaal (kadastraal gekend als afd. 06 sectie B nr. 21 C 2),

         — Boudewijnstadion voetbal Kessel-Lo (KVC): Diestsesteenweg 270 (Stadionlaan 6) te 3010 Kessel-Lo (kadastraal gekend als afd. 09 sectie E nr. 88 R).

         Het tijdelijk karakter is te wijten aan het feit dat er in de nabije toekomst voor beide sportsites een masterplan zal opgemaakt worden.

         Er werd toch gekozen om de containers aan te kopen, doordat de opmaak van het masterplan en de realisatie ervan vermoedelijk niet binnen de 5 jaar haalbaar is.

         Op beide sites worden 4 groepskleedkamers verwacht met elk minimum 3 douches en 1 toilet, volledig gescheiden van elkaar. 2 groepskleedkamers bestaan uit 3 units van 3 m x 6 m, wat dus betekent dat er op elke site 6 units dienen te komen.

         Daarnaast wordt de optie gevraagd om bijkomend materiaalcontainers te voorzien, dit wel met andere afmetingen per site. De aanbestedende overheid zal bekijken of deze optie budgettair haalbaar is, maar is nooit verplicht deze optie te bestellen.

         Daarnaast vraagt de aanbestedende overheid om bijkomend de prijs op te geven voor het leveren, plaatsen en aansluiten van materiaalcontainers (verschillend per site), waarvan eveneens de minimale eisen worden beschreven in de technische bepalingen van dit bestek.

         De inschrijver is verplicht hiervoor een prijs op te geven, maar de aanbestedende overheid is vrij deze opties al of niet te gunnen.).

      AANVANG OPDRACHT:

      Gezien de dringendheid van de plaatsing van deze containers, wordt de leveringsdatum en uitvoeringstermijn voor plaatsing en aansluiting mee beoordeeld in een gunningscriterium.
