         Brandweerzone centrum wenst haar huidige telefooncentrales te vervangen door een nieuw communicatieplatform. Tevens wenst brandweerzone Centrum hierbij op te treden als aankoopcentrale voor andere hulpverleningszones en politiezones.

         Er wordt voor geopteerd om dit bestek ruimer op te vatten dan louter telefonie omwille van de integratie met verschillende andere componenten die onrechtstreeks ook deel zullen uitmaken van dit platform.

         De bestek bevat bijgevolg 2 verschillende onderdelen die beide verplicht moeten worden aangeboden:

         — een telefonieoplossing met ondersteuning van unified communication,

         — een koppeling van de nieuwe telefonieoplossing met de bestaande telefonie-infrastructuur van de groep Gent, beheerd door Digipolis (via SIP),

         — een alarmserver voor het verwerken en uitsturen van diverse types alarmen.
