Establishment of regional/local platforms on coexistence between people and large carnivores
This call for tender is for the provision of services to facilitate stakeholders" dialogue and to reduce conflicts related to large carnivores" conservation. The contractor will establish or help to establish 2 to three regional or local stakeholders" platforms and will ensure their running (including assistance, secretariat, mediator/facilitator, meeting places, communication strategy etc.), making use of the relevant conflict resolution techniques. At least 6 meetings/workshops should be organised for each established platform (minimum 2 platforms). In each of the areas where the local/regional platforms have been established, the contractor will ensure the implementation of two to three relevant actions listed in the document “Key Actions for large carnivore populations in Europe” (http://ec.europa.eu/environment/nature/conservation/species/carnivores/pdf/key_actions_large_carnivores_2015.pdf).

If you believe that there was maladministration, you may lodge a complaint to the European Ombudsman within two years of the date when you became aware of the facts on which the complaint is based (see http:// www.ombudsman.europa.eu). Such complaint does not have as an effect either to suspend the time-limit to launch an appeal or to open a new period for lodging an appeal.
Within 2 months of the notification of the award decision you may lodge an appeal to the body referred to in VI.4.1.
