         Dit is het Bestek voor de Opdracht “Ontwerp, Bouw en Financiering van Assistentiewoningen Welzijnshuis”.De Aanbesteder wenst op de Zorgsite een vervangingsbouw voor de reeds bestaande ouderenwoningen te realiseren. De Aanbesteder wenst de modernisering en kwaliteitsinjectie van de Zorgsite in verschillende fasen, doch geïntegreerd aan te pakken in verschillende deelprojecten. Voorliggende Opdracht is een geïntegreerde overheidsopdracht waarbij de Opdrachtnemer de Assistentiewoningen Welzijnshuis laat ontwerpen door een architect; moet (laten) bouwen door een erkend aannemer met controle van de architect; sleutel-op-de deur moet afwerken en gedurende de bouwfase én gedurende de periode van de erfpacht moet financieren.
