    Een aantal Limburgse sociale huisvestingsmaatschappijen (SHM"s) wensen een raamovereenkomst af te sluiten met één of meerdere bedrijven voor het periodiek onderhoud van gemeenschappelijke delen van appartementsgebouwen, kantoren en/ of gevel- en glaspartijen.
    
    KBM Beringen fungeert hierbij als opdrachtencentrale zoals omschreven in artikel 2, 4o van de wet van 15 juni 2006 op overheidsopdrachten en bepaalde opdrachten voor werken, leveringen en diensten, ten aanzien van de SHM’s zoals hieronder opgelijst.
    
    Een aanbestedende overheid die een beroep doet op een aankoop- of opdrachtencentrale als bedoeld in artikel 2, 4o van bovenvermelde wet is vrijgesteld van de verplichting om zelf een gunningsprocedure te organiseren, cfr. artikel 15 van deze wet.
    
    De opdracht wordt onderverdeeld in verschillende percelen per huisvestingsmaatschappij (in totaal 26 percelen, zie bestek). De inschrijvers kunnen een offerte indienen voor 1 of meerdere percelen.
