         Deze raamovereenkomst is een onderdeel van de "Smart city tool box" voor een periode van vier jaar.

         De ‘smart city tool box’ wordt opengesteld voor andere besturen onder de vorm van een opdrachtencentrale (zie bijlage).

         In een eerste stap naar de ontwikkeling van een e-depot zoekt de opdrachtgever externe ondersteuning op functioneel, organisatorisch en technisch vlak om bewaring van digitale bestanden en informatie op lange termijn te verzekeren.

         Wegens de steeds verdergaande digitaliseren is meer en meer informatie opgenomen in softwaretoepassingen. Na verloop van tijd is er migratie naar een nieuw systeem bij een upgrade van een software of overstap naar een nieuwe omgeving.

         In veel processen komt ook al helemaal geen informatie op papier meer voor. Momenteel is er geen algemene strategie voor lange termijn bewaring van digitale informatie die los staat van de diverse bedrijfstoepassingen of deze overstijgt.

         Via dit dossier wensen we beroep te doen op expertise om de visie en strategie uit te bouwen en te starten met realisatie ervan.
