        Het gemeentebestuur wenst vaste leveranciers aan te stellen voor het leveren van dranken in de gemeentelijke infrastructuur, meerbepaald in de administratieve gebouwen, de scholen en de culturele infrastructuur.

        De opdracht omvat het leveren van bieren en frisdranken (perceel 1), wijnen (perceel 2) en specifieke Kuurnse bieren (perceel 3) voor verkoop in de culturele infrastructuur of voor eigen afname bij vergaderingen en recepties in het gemeentehuis.

        De leverancier levert een voldoende voorraad bieren, frisdranken, wijnen, ... zoals vastgelegd in de productenlijst, opgenomen in diens aanbieding, in de voorraadkamers van de culturele infrastructuur, en dit op afroep volgens noodzaak door de vrijetijdsdienst. Bieren en frisdranken zijn door de gebruikers verplicht af te nemen. De afname van koffie (en toebehoren), wijnen en energydrinks zijn expliciet uit die afnameplicht voor de gebruikers geweerd, maar zijn zo de gebruiker dat wil wel te verkrijgen.

        Het perceel "Leveren wijnen" omvat het leveren van witte wijn, rode wijn en schuimwijn.

        De witte en rode wijn moeten voorzien zijn van een fairtrade - label of afkomstig zijn uit de eigen streek. Er worden enkel flessen toegelaten die voorzien zijn van een draaidop.

        De inschrijver wordt gevraagd twee voorstellen te doen op vlak van schuimwijn. Het bestuur wenst een kwalitatieve schuimwijn, waarvan minstens één het fairtrade - label draagt of afkomstig is uit eigen streek.

        Het perceel "Kuurnse Bieren" betreft twee specifieke bieren die door hun naam en achtergrond onlosmakelijk verbonden zijn met de gemeente Kuurne. Gezien de link met de gemeente, wenst het gemeentebestuur deze bieren te kunnen aanbieden in de gemeentelijke infrastructuur. Gezien het specifieke lokale karakter en de beperkte beschikbaarheid van deze bieren worden deze als apart perceel opgevat teneinde geen discriminerende factor te vormen in het basisperceel (Perceel 1).
