         De opdracht heeft tot doel een inschrijver te selecteren voor de ondersteuning van de werking van het datacenter.

         Binnen het bereik van de overheidsopdracht vallen de aankoop van server hardware en de hardware garanties op de huidige machines, de ondersteuning op de hardware, de virtualisatielaag, de meeste virtuele servers en de back-up en DR-omgeving, en de projecten (upgrades en optimalisaties van de infrastructuur).

         Het OCMW behoudt zich het recht voor om ten allen tijde ondersteuning op specifieke servers toe te wijzen aan een andere partij dan deze aan wie dit bestek gegund wordt. De functionaliteit van bepaalde servers kan zo specifiek zijn dat het beter is om deze servers onder het beheer van een gespecialiseerde partij te brengen; bijvoorbeeld de servers van het digitaal sociaal dossier (een Sharepoint applicatie die via Ometa gekoppeld wordt met Neptunus) of de telefonie servers.

         Buiten het bereik van de overheidsopdracht vallen.

         • De aankoop van licenties tenzij licenties noodzakelijk voor de aangeboden hardware of licenties nodig om optimalisaties uit te voeren.

         • De algemene voorzieningen van het datacenter (stroom, koeling, racks, ...).
