         Het doel van deze opdracht is om de bestaande informatieborden en de bestaande infrastructuur voor auditieve halteaankondigingen op de busstations te integreren met het nieuwe ReTiBo systeem van De Lijn. Een deel van dit ReTiBo systeem bevat een nieuw CAD (Computer Aided Dispatching) en AVL (Automated Vehicle Location) systeem dat de nieuwe bron zal worden voor de informatieborden en auditieve halteaankondigingen. Dit CAD/AVL systeem registreert in “real time” de locatie van alle voertuigen en vertaalt dit in verwachte vertrektijden op de haltes en busstations rekening houdend met de eventuele opgelopen vertragingen.
