    Le présent marché a pour objet l’exécution des travaux de réaménagement, de rafraîchissement et d’entretien de tous les sites du Chirec pour une durée de 48 mois.
    
    La présente procédure ouverte a 2 objectifs:
    
    — désigner pour chaque lot les 3 soumissionnaires ayant remis l’offre économiquement la plus intéressante. Ils seront remis en concurrence pour tous les marchés subséquents,
    
    — désigner pour chaque lot, un adjudicataire pour les travaux décrits dans le présent CSC, à savoir, le réaménagement d"une salle d’opération dans le quartier opératoire de l’hôpital de Braine-l’Alleud et la rénovation d"une unité de soins..
