         La SNCB souhaite offrir à ses voyageurs un accès à internet dans les gares. Le service doit être déployé dans environ 25 grandes gares en utilisant l’infrastructure wifi existante d’Infrabel. Le service offert sera différencié par différents types d’utilisateurs, comme les utilisateurs avec un compte MyNMBS, les clients des gares,… Via ce cahier des charges la SNCB souhaite sélectionner un partenaire qui livrera et gérera l’accès à internet, le portail pour l’identification et l’authentification des utilisateurs.
