         Voorwerp van deze leveringen: Aankoop, levering, plaatsing en volledige in dienst stelling (inclusief keuring) van de uitrusting ten behoeve van een ERCP-zaal, zijnde een zaal voor hoofdzakelijk invasieve endoscopie, maar ten dele ook voor colonoscopie.

         Toelichting: Het AZ Sint Maarten wenst voor het nieuwbouwziekenhuis apparatuur aan te kopen. Het nieuwbouwziekenhuis is momenteel nog in afwerking en opent officieel zijn deuren op 15 oktober 2018.

         Een aantal diensten zullen eerder inhuizen, waardoor de installatie volledig gebruiksklaar dient te zijn uiterlijk 01 september 2018.

         De levering en montage van deze apparatuur kan onmiddellijk na de toewijzingsprocedure aangevangen worden in de nieuwbouw.

         Leveringsplaatsen: AZ Sint Maarten, Liersesesteenweg 435 te 2800 Mechelen.

         Voorafgaand plaatsbezoek: Er wordt een verplicht voorafgaand plaatsbezoek georganiseerd op donderdag 04 januari 2018 - Afspraak om 14u00 ter hoogte van de slagboom op de inrit van de nieuwbouw. Een fluovestje en veiligheidsschoenen zijn verplicht om toegang te verkrijgen op de werf. Na het plaatsbezoek wordt ter plaatse nog een infosessie gehouden. Het ondertekend attest van plaatsbezoek, dient ter bevestiging van aanwezigheid - op straffe van nietigheid van de offerte - bij de offerte te worden gevoegd.
