         De Vlaamse Regering keurde op 20 mei 2016 de oprichting goed van EventFlanders, een unit binnen Toerisme Vlaanderen gericht op het ontwikkelen en aantrekken van topevenementen in en naar Vlaanderen.

         Voor het uitwerken van de methodologie en het opstarten van een Vlaams topevenementenbeleid, wordt sinds de start van EventFlanders (en tot het einde van het pilootproject) samengewerkt met een externe dienstverlener, gespecialiseerd in de ondersteuning van event agencies bij de uitbouw van een topevenementenbeleid en het indienen van bids voor grote topevenementen.

         De huidige opdracht heeft als voorwerp het leveren van consultancydiensten met het oog op het toepassen van de uitgewerkte methodologie in de praktijk.

         De opdracht is ingedeeld in 3 percelen:

         PERCEEL 1: Event expert Cultuur.

         PERCEEL 2: Event expert Sport.

         PERCEEL 3: Event expert.

         De opdracht wordt verder omschreven in deel III ‘Technische voorschriften’ van het bestek.
