         Via een open offertevraag is de stad Leuven op zoek naar een partner om haar zwembaden in Kessel-Lo (Stadionlaan 4 te 3010 Leuven ) en het zwembad Wilsele (Aarschotsteenweg 730 te 3012 Leuven) technisch te onderhouden volgens het principe van de totale waarborg zoals verder omschreven wordt in dit bestek. Het geheel van waterbehandeling voor het zwembad van Kessel-Lo is momenteel vernieuwd. De duurtijd voor het contract in Kessel-Lo zal 15 jaar bedragen. De stad Leuven heeft momenteel een overeenkomst om samen met de firma Sportoase een nieuw zwembad te bouwen naast het bestaande zwembad in Wilsele. Dit nieuwe complex zal geopend worden op 1.9.2018. Op dat ogenblik sluit het bestaande zwembad en stopt eveneens het onderhoudscontract voor dit gebouw. Het contract van Kessel-Lo kan verlengd worden per jaar met een max. van 5 jaar. Het contract van Wilsele kan verlengd tot aan de opening van het nieuwe zwembad met een max. van 2 jaar. Bij de aanvang van de onderhoudscontract van het zwembad Kessel-Lo zal de stad Leuven een aantal investeringen doen om een deel van de technische installatie te vernieuwen. Ook deze vernieuwing maakt deel uit van de aanbesteding. De opdracht zal aan 1 firma worden toegewezen. Voor een nadere omschrijving wordt verwezen naar de contractuele en technische bepalingen van dit bestek. Plaats van dienstverlening: volgende locaties:
