         Le marché a pour objet la fourniture d"énergie «électricité et gaz» pour différentes entités juridiques.

         Les livraisons, qui seront des livraisons continues, devront être exécutées à différentes adresses à travers la province de Liège.

         Attention l"adresse de facturation et de livraison peuvent être différente (voir listing).

         Le marché entre en vigueur le premier jour ouvrable qui suit la date de notification de l"attribution et aura une durée de 36 mois.

         Afin de couvrir une période de transition avec un nouveau fournisseur, la marché peut faire l"objet d"avenants le prolongeant maximum de 3 périodes d"un mois.

         Le marché est divisé en lots comme suit:

         Lot 1 electricité

         Lieux de livraison: voir liste en annexe.

         La consommation totale estimée sur 36 mois en électricité est de 1.816.041,11 kW/h répartie en jours pour 1.031.453,92 kW/h en nuit 524.381,78 kW/h et en monophasé 260.205,41kW/h.

         Lot 2 gaz.

         La consommation totale estimée sur 36 mois en gaz est de 3.069.127,24 kW/h.
