        Le présent marché est un marché «stock» ou «marché à bons de commande» c’est-à-dire un marché dans lequel l’adjudicataire ne réalise pas l’ensemble des services en une fois, mais par prestations fractionnées sur base de bons de commandes successifs au gré des besoins de l’adjudicateur, pendant toute la durée du marché.

        Ce marché stock est composé de 2 lots:
