        Op 28 november is gebleken dat er in het eerste bestek dat verschenen is met documentnaam "2017_10_17_Bestek - AZ Sint-Jan Brugge Oostende - APO-2017-12 - Kunstnieren.pdf", als uiterste indieningsdatum van de offertes 30 november 2017 om 15:00 uur vermeld stond. In het e-tendering dossier werd echter de datum van 28 november 2017 vermeld. Omdat dit gemeld werd op de dag van opening in het e-tendering dossier, kon de indieningsdatum niet meer aangepast worden.

        Het oorspronkelijke dossier wordt dan ook stopgezet op 29 november 2017, en wordt op dezelfde dag opnieuw gepubliceerd met identieke dossierreferentie en e-tenderingdossier. De reeds ingediende offertes blijven dan ook geldig, maar worden pas geopend op de nieuwe openingsdatum van 9 januari 2018.
