         Meerbepaald voor de Fenix samenaankoopgroep ziekenhuizen: HH Leuven, AZJP Vilvoorde, SM Halle en RZ HH Tienen.

         De locatie en uurregeling van levering zal na toewijzing door de leverancier met ieder ziekenhuis individueel afgesproken worden.

         Deze kunnen steeds in gedurende de looptijd van de overeenkomst door het ziekenhuis gewijzigd of aangepast worden.
