         De opdracht omvat een design en build formule die zal bestaan uit:

         — het ontwerpen, het bouwen en het financieren tijdens de bouwfase van een sporthal van 44 m en 24 m met een cafetaria voor polyvalent gebruik met inbegrip van het realiseren van een (voetgangers-) verbinding tussen de bestaande sporthal op de sit en de te realiseren sporthal;

         — de afbraak van 10 bestaande noodklassen die zich situeren in blok A;

         — het ontwerpen, het bouwen en het financieren tijdens de bouwfase van 13 klaslokalen ten behoeve van het provinciaal onderwijs;

         — het onderhouden van de technische installaties van de nieuwe sporthal en de nieuwe klaslokalen (HVAC, sanitair, elektriciteit, desgevallen lift(en)) gedurende een periode van 2 jaar vanaf de voorlopige oplevering;

         — de herinrichting van een openluchtparking: optimalisatie van parking-capaciteit zodat de huidige parkeercapaciteit behouden blijft in het nieuwe concept;

         — aanpak buitenruimtes met zones voor buitenactiviteiten, overdekte speelruimte, groenzones in functie vanin plating nieuwbouw;

         — optimalisatie van de bestaande ondergrondse ruimtes onder blok A met o.a. een polyvalente ruimte voor sportaccommodatie;

         — optimalisatie van school- en sportcirculatieassen met inbegrip van creatie van 1 hoofdtoegang voor de provinciale scholen;

         — overdekte fietsenberging in functie van inplanting nieuwbouw.
