         Le présent marché a pour objet l’acquisition et la maintenance d’une solution (hardware et software) dédiée à la gestion de l’affichage digital intégrant la gestion de files d’attente.

         15 sites cibles du Forem répartis en région wallonne sont concernés par la mise en place de cette infrastructure.

         La formule retenue est l’acquisition de la solution logicielle, des équipements (écrans, imprimantes, …), comprenant la garantie contractuelle (au minimum la garantie légale), la maintenance annuelle, avec la possibilité d’extension d’année en année, ainsi que tous les services associés à la fourniture du matériel (installation, configuration, réparation, formation).

         Le logiciel proposé doit impérativement être un package standard «on the shelf», existant et éprouvé, disponible en français. Est donc exclue de ce marché toute offre basée sur un développement spécifique sur mesure.
