         Objet des services: mise à disposition de personnel étudiant par une entreprise intérimaire.

         Commentaire: l"entreprise intérimaire met à disposition du pouvoir adjudicateur du personnel intérimaire étudiant en conformité avec les dispositions légales spécifiques aux contrats d"emploi des étudiants.

         Dans le cadre des besoins définis par le pouvoir adjudicateur, il sera fait appel à un étudiant intérimaire en formation dans des disciplines infirmières, paramédicales, administratives, sciences du travail, juridiques, et économiques. La liste n"est pas exhaustive. L"âge minimal requis est de 18 ans.

         L"étudiant infirmier doit justifier une 1ère année réussie (minimum exigé). Pour d"autres fonctions un niveau de CESI peut convenir avec un âge minimal de 18 ans.

         Cette mise à disposition se fait conformément aux dispositions de la loi du 24.7.1987 sur le travail temporaire, le travail intérimaire et la mise de travailleurs à disposition d"utilisateurs, ainsi que des différentes conventions collectives de travail conclues dans le secteur intérimaire et la législation du travail étudiant.

         L"intérimaire étudiant sera appelé à effectuer son travail sur un des sites dépendant du pouvoir adjudicateur:

         — l"ULB — Hôpital Erasme, route de Lennik 808 à 1070 Anderlecht,

         — le Centre de traumatologie et réadaptation, Place Arthur Van Gehuchten 4 à 1020 Bruxelles,

         — le Centre de revalidation gériatrique, Rue de la Charrette 29 à 1200 Bruxelles,

         — l"ASBL Crèche de l"Hôpital Erasme, Route de Lennik 808 1070 Bruxelles,

         — la Polyclinique du Lothier, Boulevard Baudouin 27 à 1000 Bruxelles,

         — la Polyclinique de Nivelles, Rue des Conceptionnistes 3 à 1400 Nivelles,

         — la Polyclinique d"Uccle, Avenue Brugmann 420A, 1180 Uccle,

         — le centre de dialyse César de Paepe: Rue des Alexiens, 11-13 à 1000 Bruxelles.

         A titre d"information:

         1) Nombre d"heures estimé sur un an: 16.000 heures de prestations effectuées par les intérimaires étudiants mis à disposition.

         2) Montant total estimé du marché sur un an: 304.000 EUR HTVA.

         L"estimation est obtenue en fonction de 16.000 heures relevées en 2016 pour la mise à disposition de personnel étudiant. Il s"agit là de données informatives qui n"engagent en rien le pouvoir adjudicateur.

         Lieu de la prestation du service: plusieurs lieux.

         Durée du marché: 2 ans. Sauf envoi d"un préavis par lettre recommandé 3 mois avant la fin du marché, le marché peut être reconduit tacitement 2 fois pour une durée d"une année chacune.
