      Uitvoeringstermijn: De opdracht loopt over een periode van één (1) jaar. De omvang van dit bestek zal verdeeld worden in afzonderlijke werken (deelopdrachten), waarvoor telkens een aanvangsdatum en een uitvoeringstermijn zullen vastgelegd worden in overeenstemming met de bepalingen opgenomen in het bestek.

      Deze opdracht kan bij toepassing van art. 42,§1.2o van de Wet opnieuw via onderhandelingsprocedure worden toegewezen. De aanwending van deze procedure is beperkt tot een periode van drie (3) jaar na het sluiten van de oorspronkelijke opdracht.
