         Het voorwerp van deze overheidsopdracht is het onderbrengen van alle ICT-gerelateerde diensten en applicaties voor de zone in één (1) centraal SLA-gebaseerd ICT-platform.

         1) De Hulpverleningszone Waasland wenst een contract af te sluiten voor maximum 8 jaar -omwille van de hoge investeringskosten- waarvan 4 jaar vast en 4 jaar voorwaardelijk (elk jaar opzegbaar).

         2) De Hulpverleningszone Waasland treedt op als aankoopcenrale voor mogelijk geïnteresseerde zones.

         3) De Hulpverleningszone Rivierenland is geïnteresseerd als mogelijke afnemer in de toekomst, maar heeft geen afnameverplichting naar de dienstverlener die Hulpverleningszone Waasland zal aanduiden.
