         Het voorwerp van de opdracht betreft 2 onderdelen, die 1 en ondeelbaar zijn (1 enkel perceel, geen varianten):

         1) Frontend LMS, via SaaS, via welke alle functionaliteiten uit het LMS te gebruiken zijn;

         2) Mogelijkheid tot interfacing met applicaties binnen applicatielandschap van Opdrachtgever zoals het Student Informatiesysteem, het digitaal toetssysteem en het authenticatiesysteem.

         Het LMS dient koppelbaar te zijn met onderdelen van de centrale ICT-infrastructuur van de Opdrachtgever. De hosting en het onderhoud van het LMS wordt uitgevoerd door de leverancier. De realisatie van de koppelingen vindt plaats in samenwerking tussen de leverancier en Opdrachtgever. Opdrachtgever voert regie over de keten van systemen, het LMS en de koppelvlakken met de UGent systemen. Deze regievoering en de verantwoordelijkheden van de leverancier en UGent worden nader uitgewerkt in de overeen te komen Service Level Agreement (SLA) tussen leverancier en UGent.
