         Toelichting:

         Dit dossier betreft een dossier in 2 stappen.

         In eerste fase zullen de kandidaturen worden geselecteerd die in de 2e fase kunnen deelnemen aan de offerte.

         Betreft perceel POCT zal door het ziekenhuis van Bornem in eerste instantie niet worden deelgenomen.

         Zij kunnen na accreditatie mogelijks beslissen toch in te stappen.

         Ook de andere ziekenhuizen zullen dit perceel pas bevragen na accreditatie.

         De aanbieders worden verzocht eveneens hun cataloog bij hun offerte te voegen.

         Perceel 1:

         Hier kan de aanbesteder ervoor opteren om 2 aanbieders te gunnen, zij het via een systeem van 55 % voor de eerste en 45 % voor de tweede, met een vork van 5 %.

         Dit met het oog op flexibiliteit en waarborg van de dienstverlening.

         Perceel 2:

         Idem perceel 1 met verdeling 85 % voor de eerste en 15 % voor de tweede met vork van +/- 5 %.

         Dit met het oog op flexibiliteit en waarborg van de dienstverlening.

         Perceel 3 en 4:

         Toewijzing aan 1 leverancier.

         Perceel 3: POCT zal pas worden bevraagd na behalen van accreditatie van de deelnemende ziekenhuizen.

         Onderhoudsregeling dient te voldoen aan de accrediteringsnormen van het ziekenhuis (ISO, NIAZ en BELAC) daar waar van toepassing.
