         De Universiteit Gent wenst het buitenschrijnwerk van volgende gebouwen te vernieuwen:

         1) 06.02 – Oude School, Universiteitstraat 2-4-6, Gent. Het vernieuwen of restaureren van de houten ramen en deuren van de vleugels rond de binnentuin. Deze vleugels zijn beschermd als onroerend erfgoed.

         2) 38.03 – Blok A, Coupure Links 653, Gent. Het vernieuwen en/of renoveren van de ramen naar analoog model met het oorspronkelijke schrijnwerk.

         3) 40.03 – S3, Kijgslaan 281, Gent. Het vernieuwen van de ramen in aluminium met aandacht voor het uniforme geheel van de “Sterre-gebouwen”.

         4) 91.03 – Farmacie, Ottergemsesteenweg 460, Gent. Het vernieuwen van de ramen in aluminium.

         De opdracht van het studiebureau bestaat uit volgende taken:

         — Taak 1 omvat het opmaken van een voorontwerp met raming en van de nodige vergunningsaanvragen om tot de uitvoering van de werken te kunnen komen,

         — Taak 2 omvat het opmaken van de aanbestedingsstudie,

         — Taak 3 omvat de coördinatie, opvolging en controle van de werken.

         De opdracht omvat o.m.:

         — Studie van de vernieuwings-, renovatie- of restauratiewerken van het buitenschrijnwerk

         — Mogelijk ander studiewerk en coördinatiewerk in functie van “alle taken om tot uitvoering van de werken te kunnen komen”.

         Er wordt een forfaitair ereloonpercentage gevraagd op de kostprijs van de werken. Dit percentage kan per deelopdracht verschillend zijn.

         De uitvoering van de werken wordt voorzien in 2019-2021.

         Daarnaast overweegt de Universiteit Gent om naast de renovatie van het schrijnwerk van de vier voormelde gebouwencomplexen, ook het schrijnwerk van andere gebouwencomplexen aan te pakken in een latere fase. Concreet wordt gedacht aan Technicum, blok 3 en 4, N3, Zoötechnisch Instituut, Mercator A, Paddenhoek en binnenvleugel Campus Aula. De Universiteit Gent voorziet de mogelijkheid dat de studie van deze werken aan hetzelfde studiebureau kan worden gegund in de vorm van een “herhalingsopdracht”, op basis van artikel 42, § 1o, 2o van de Wet inzake overheidsopdrachten.
