         Deze aankondiging betreft de gunning voor het sluiten van een raamovereenkomst voor de levering, implementatie, het beheer en het onderhoud van een planningssoftware ten behoeve van Familiehulp.

         Familiehulp treedt daarbij eveneens op als opdrachtencentrale in de zin van artikel 2, 4° van de Overheidsopdrachtenwet ten behoeve van Familiezorg Oost-Vlaanderen VZW ("Familiezorg Oost-Vlaanderen") die desgevallend bestellingen zal kunnen plaatsen op basis van de raamovereenkomst (zonder daartoe verplicht te zijn).

         Deze raamovereenkomst wordt gegund via de onderhandelingsprocedure met bekendmaking.

         De raamovereenkomst wordt tussen Familiehulp en 1 inschrijver gesloten. De raamovereenkomst wordt voor een basisperiode van zes (6) jaar gesloten (rekening houdend met de marktconforme termijn voor dergelijke prestaties en de omvang van de opdracht die voor Familiehulp een belangrijke investering inhoudt op financieel, technisch en organisatorisch vlak). Familiehulp beschikt over de mogelijkheid om de raamovereenkomst voor één (1) jaar te verlengen (zonder dat de opdrachtnemer recht op deze verlenging heeft).
